I posted that already--wait til the foliage yellows.  I think that is
somewhere in the 4-6 weeks after bloom range.  If your foliage hangs on a long
long time after that, someone said August for them, you can probably go ahead
and remove it.  But it is so much nicer to just have companion plantings so
you don't have to fuss with cutting or removing at all because the companions
grow out to hide the foliage.
