Hardy Kiwi and Hardy Passion Vine

Hi:
This talk about the hardy kiwi sometimes not fruiting
reminds me of my passion vine. Some long hot seasons I
actually manage to get a "passion fruit" or two. Others, I
just enjoy the glorious flowers which screen my view of the
community dumpster by covering my kitchen window every
summer.
Does the kiwi vine have any flowers to compensate for the
lack for fruit some seasons?
