I just got Viette's wholesale catalog for 1999 in the mail.
Aster divaricatus is offered on pg. 9, for $1.85 each in lots
of 12, $2.10 each for six, or $3.00 each for three or fewer.
Haven't checked out their website lately and don't know if
they offer wholesale pricing there, but it's at www.viette.com.
The site Chris mentioned also offers this aster --

I'll check my other catalogs and send more info when I find it. Also, I
see that Shady Oaks offers Aster lateriflorus "Prince" as a very shade
tolerant aster. I'm surprised, since I thought this was a sun lover.
