And, yes, they do prosecute.
I would be fired from my job if caught taking anything out of the trash.,
Seems like last year I had asked a question that prompted some people to say
that in their state there are laws against digging things up along the
highway.
Sorry if I sound "Holier than Thou."
I've done my share of digging and pruning and deadheading from places where
it probably was Illegal.
I guess all I'm saying is "Be Careful."
And I've discovered it doesn't hurt to ask more than one person.
