Does anyone happen to know what this weed is. I've looked in my Weeds of
the Northeast book and searched the web, but no luck. I call it my
sister's garlic mustard. She has it everywhere!!!!!!!! I've only seen
one here, so far. Instead, I fight garlic mustard, virginia creeper,
baby cherry and maple trees, and poison ivy which is popping up
everywhere this year. I have to really watch when I'm pulling weeds.
YUK!
The picture doesn't show how shiny it is. Maybe because it sat in a
container for several days before I got it scanned. The leaves at the
11:00 and 5:00 positions, along with the two smaller leaves are on the
same level. The leaves at the 2:00 and 8:00 positions are about one inch
lower. The tallest I've seen it get to so far is about 10-12".
Any thoughts as to whether Preen might work on it next spring?
