Re: Organic/weed control

Hi Gene, Annie, to those in the Chgoland area--

Thanks for the Wild Ones "Plug" Gene. They are a great group which I am a part of. My
group is based in Hammond, Indiana (Gibson Woods) and all are welcome to any of our
meetings. We meet the 2nd Monday of the month. If interested - e-mail me privately for
times etc. In October we will be hosting the qtrly meeting for all chapters. (Coming
Gene?)

The North Park Chicago area group is having an open house, so to speak on Aug 12. If
you are in the area, feel free to stop in and view all the great work they have done-
Although I am not a part of that group, they have extended this invite to our group
and friends of "Wild Ones".
Aug. 12 from 1-4 at 2 places: Nichols park and Bobolink
meadow (which is behind the museum of science and industry). There is
usually a concert on Sundays at 4 at Nichols park so people can stay or still
visit. Also places to picnic or eat at restaurants The bobolink meadow is harder to

locate so it would be best to start at Nichols.
