I planted two of these Artemesia this spring. Put them in similar
conditions
to my beloved and thriving Artemesia Powis Castle - full sun, great soil.
They seem to be struggling, and although they are sending runners out,
they're reaching only about a 12" height.
Are yours in full sun? Are they happy? I'm in Zone 7 and notice you're in
Zone 4.
Are they evergreen for you?
