Walter, with Leo, it is all aboout the plants. He knows every plant in the
nursery and how to propagate it. He is out there sometimes sorting things
and making notes, he never stops, he is from what I observe truly in love
with what he does. If you ask a question he answers with one word, maybe two
and keeps going. Yet, he is a very nice person with a family in the
business, a good thing for us plant buyers.
A friend of mine in the next town, also a a natural, it comes by nature in
some, a natural propagator could not work with him. Could not keep up the
pace nor watch a plant by the hour as he can. If you get up in the night to
check a flat.......................
There are not a lot of nurserymen left in the world, Leo is one of them.
