Marge; just in case i don't get my huge heated greenhouse this year, I have
planned a 30 inch deep cold frame. In fact I picked up two doors on Saturday
and will soon(?) get started. I had planned to cement the block and gravel
the floor. My question is did you cement the sides? An if not, did you have
soil seeping in through the openings?
Re putting plants in and covering with blankets, this works absolutely fine
as I've done in my pumphouse. However I've never put evergreens in there as
I'm of the opine that they require light all year.
