     The first thing to find out is if the problems are truly caused by
nematodes. 
     This can be done one of two ways.

     Soak some of the potentially infected leaves in some warm water for a
few 
     hours and then look at the water with a 10x hand lens.  If the leaves
are 
     infected you should be able to see small clear worms at the bottom of
the water.
