Yep, I actually remembered to cut the foliage during the bedlam that was going on at the time. I've never had a daylily not perform for me. The foliage on all of them is healthy.

Did you cut the foliage off when you divided the daylilies? I could not
believe that doing that could make such a difference in how the plants
grow but now I do that all the time. Also reducing the plant to 3 fans
is about all you should cut and replant. One can over divide them and
it does take time to rebuilt the energy to bloom good. I find it takes
about three years to get a nice clump with a lot of blooms here in
Tennessee.
