I love Allium!  I have to stick to shade species, but they act as such 
nice accents.

My favorite of all is Allium thunbergii 'Ozawa'.  Here's my old writeup

Although I have no idea what I was thinking with that Nepeta ucranica
pairing.  And now, nine years later, I see a typo.  :D

This summer has been awful rain-wise, and a lot of the sun-loving/dry
plants are suffering.  The vegetables, on the other hand, are loving 
it.
