I meant Alliums that tolerate a little shade. I get dappled light or a few hours of sun at best, so some of the Alliums can take it if they're not too wet. Allium aflatunense 'Purple Sensation' is a good example (and it seems to tolerate smothered leaves), Allium cernuum, Allium senescens subsp. montanum var. glaucum, and of course, Allium thunbergii 'Ozawa' all have done fairly well in my somewhat shaded yard. :) Nice find on the 'Olympic Mist'! Now to win the lottery! ;) Chris --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE PERENNIALS
