Starting perennials from seed

I'm trying to plan a perennial garden for next year, and have started
a bunch of them from seeds, indoors under lights. Most germinated within a week and I plan to plant them in August and hope they winter over. However, I
was wondering if I could save some of the little plants indoors in case the
ones I plant outside don't make it through. I'm in Zone 6, NY.

The perennials I have going are: Columbine, Delphinium, Digitalis, Hollyhock,
Lupine, Oriental Poppy (lots), Lychnis, Primrose, Centaura, Aruncus,
Chrysanthemums, Gypsophila, Heliopsis.

What is the best way to keep some of these plants until next spring?

Thanks in advance. This group has been great for a beginning gardener like me.
