Here in St. Louis, Missouri my first year glads have an abundance of blooms.
Each day a new one opens. These bulbs were about the only thing I bought from
Michigan Bulb this past Spring that produced. I planted my glads, with a
combination of top soil and cow manure in a sunny/partial shady spot. My
perennial bed is so crowded it is nearly impossible for my glad stalks to
topple over. I water usually twice a week.
Great success for a first year garden newbie!
