It is my understanding that lavenders don't grow/bloom much the first
year. Mine have filled out but not gotten much highter. A few are,
surprisingly blooming. I would leave them till next year and see
what happens. The only thing I wonder is, is there any danger of the
hosta choking them out?
It has also been beautiful here in Youngstown, Ohio!
