Coreopsis 'Moonlight' is softer yellow and blooms for a long time.
Phygelius 'Moonraker' or Angel's Trumpet' (Watch for runners)
Some of the newer daylilies are pale yellow
Some forms of Oenothera are pale yellow fading orange
Several yarrows are softer yellows
Aconitum orientale (or others) are pale yellow
Thalictrum flavum glaucum
Helianthus 'Yellow Queen' - very robust, but a nice yellow (a little
brighter
Potentilla sulfurea recta is very pale yellow but needs support
There must be some asiatic lilies in the color you want, also
