I, too, am a mover. I enlarged a border this weekend and moved daylillies,
Sedum Autumn Joy, Sweet William and lychnis coronaria. I move plants
whenever the urge strikes...which is almost every weekend! I've found that
almost everything survives as long as I dig a hole and water it before
planting, then water, water, water, for the first week. Most will "sulk"
for a day or two, then look good as new. I can't wait to tell my husband
that there ARE others like me! He says that if it isn't cemented down, I
move it.
(he just does not understand a gardener's urge to play in the dirt!)
