RE: bears and bells

HAAAA! Loved your reply. We have an extremely overweight squirrel that
inhabits our backyard. My husband has affectionately dubbed him
"bubba". <sigh> I fill my feeders at least once a day due to his
voracious appetite. He is not at all shy about hanging out on my back
deck and feasting from my feeder. The feeder is one of these little
artsy craftsy jobs (quite cute I have to admit) that looks like a fire
station. You have to lift up one side of the hinged roof to add more
seed. Well, bubba has learned to lift up the roof and try and cram his
fat body inside. It doesn't work. But, it provides us with extended
periods of cheap entertainment. Hell, you can bang on the glass sliding
doors and yell at him, he just looks at you like YOU'RE the squirrel. I
guess life could be much worse, no? <grin>

Have a great day!~
