I saw the program on HGTV. I think it was Gardener's Journal. Anyhow, the
guy said that because shasta daisies are a member of the chrysanthemum
family, that you can pinch them back early in the spring, when they are
about six inches high, to encourage more blooms. I know that is what my
mother does to the mums she has growing in her yard.
