Paw Paw Everlast Label Company

I want to order some labels from the Paw Paw Everlast Label Company.  I
know that many listmembers have ordered from them, but I cannot find
a phone number for the life of me.  All of their magazine ads only
list addresses, they're unlisted in the phone book, etc.

I don't know exactly what it is that I want to order from them, and
there's no way I'm ever sending a check to a company that doesn't
advertise its phone number and runs out of a P.O. Box until I talk to
them first...

Can anyone help?
