Janice, if these amaryllis are what we call Naked Ladies here in Cincinnati,
then they will be fine now that they're planted. I dug up a clump and left
them on the ground in the shade until friends took what they wanted. Two of
them bloomed right there. Not long stems, of course, but surprising.
