Lynn, that's a hard question.  I bet you have sun from 3 pm to about 8 pm
this time of year, so that's about 5 hours... and the temp is probably
pretty stable (and hot) during those hours, correct?  I'd say that is part
sun in your neck of the woods so to speak.
