cephalaria gig./help please re:Trandescantia


Hi Susan,
Missed cha ,glad to see you back..
As to Cephalaria gig.I have had it now for over 4yrs..and it has been reliable through thick and thin...
Cant tell you if original plants are still intact as they are in a 'wild' zone.
Can tell you they reseeded *heavily* this past season,creating a solid mass of growth which will crowd out all else if left as is.
Looks beautiful with Allium gigantea both in bloom now.

Can someone comment on the advisability of dividing and transplanting Trandescantia right now.?
I know they are tough but would still like some guidance..Thanks to all for any help.
