Re: perennials DIGEST V3 #1442

Gayle
I use the remedies already mentioned..........they all work....but my
favorite is a 1part amonia to 5 parts water ( some folksuse stronger and
weakermixes) and I put the mix in a spray bottle   like a windex bottleand I
keep 3/4 bottles in different parts of the  garden.  Whenever I see a slug I
don't have to go far to get my bottle and one spray does em in. Guarenteed!
And the amonia doesn't hurt the plants if some should drift on; amonia is a
fertilizer at worst.  At best a slug destroyer.
