stachys flowers

Hi Group...had to have my 2 cents worth on these perennials....I have these
in my yard and they have multiplied well, but now I cut them down if I don't
want the seeds...a little bit of work but has to be done! I do save some
seeds of them because we had a wildfire go through here 2 years ago and
these plants really did make a somber burned area look great! I planted
seeds which I had saved, and extra plants I had of these in the badly burned
areas in our subdivision...after 2 years they are still doing great! I also
planted feverfew seeds from my plants and feverfew "extras"that I
had....they too are doing great...everything that in the past I have thought
were "rampant"have done well in the burn,so there is other places to put
these plants...yarrow too! Now the burned areas are very happy with these
rampant plants and it brightened a sad area up! I had both the bright rose
colors and white ones...the yarrow was every shade and the feverfews were
singles and doubles.
