I would be.  Didn't you find Salvia easy to grow from seed?  That makes it 
all the better.  I like the annual, name forgotten, but the cultivar is 
Marble Arch.  That is the one with the tall pink or blue bracts that last all 
summer.

What is also interesting is that one thinks of salvias as being arid land 
plants belonging to the south and west so these hardy ones are a new idea to 
me.

S. transylvanica which I thought would not be hardy here is now about the 
size of shrub and has had many pieces given away.  It is a bit lax so I have 
a low wire form around it.

How could I manage one more list?  The surprise from the newly acquired seed 
is one the best parts of the garden.  I, too, have lost some of the labels 
and truly do not know what I am raising out there with the salvias.  When I 
was given the two "hardy" types, I never got the name.

Mr. Dufresne knows so much and is so filled with enthusiasm it it hard to 
keep all the seeds and plants labelled.  BTW, he is also an Agastache lover.
