Unfortunately, no.  :)  Once the messages are sent out they're all sent
out in one large lump.  Adding user preferences would require that each
message get sent out individually with individual processing, but 
majordomo doesn't support that.

If I ever get the funding at my day job to write the mailing list software
that I've been wanting to write we'll be able to do it, though!  :)
