As a follow-up, I just sent the DMCA takedown notice, so we'll see what happens! What's more interesting to me is that Google allows you to search for image theft as well. I searched at http://images.google.com/ for http://www.hort.net/profile/ros/rosru/main.jpg and it came up with two pages of stolen images. Tineye (the commercial service) came up with one single stolen image. *NOTE: You have to click on the camera icon before pasting the URL for the photo. The other sites are all in foreign countries, so copyright enforcement becomes a lot more difficult. What's even more interesting to me is that some of those other sites are using the stolen copy that davesgarden.com had. Anyhow, I thought you'd appreciate an update...
