Hello folks Okay - I have been yearning to grow Cimicifuga 'Hillside Black Beauty’ for eons. But it wants damp shade, but while I have shade, it’s dry as a bone. IF I can dig a big deep hole and line it with a pot, can I create a “damp spot. I’m thinking lots of peat/coir and maybe landscape fabric to help repel roots from creeping in…. Could it work? thanks Cheryl (who’s sore knee is keeping her out of the garden today) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE PERENNIALS
