Isabelle: The new climbing rose I bought this year is New Dawn. We have had
record rainfalls - not a dry day in months except for today! - and this
rose has taken off to a good start. I have canes already about 2 1/2 - 3
feet. It's currently budding. I'm most impressed with the foliage - a
glossy green. Looks very healthy. I'll let you know about the bloom - but
it's supposed to be a pale pink. Don't know about scent. We'll see!
I've heard great things about this rose. Hope it lives up to the hype!
