Phlox paniculata - Mine hasn't spread at all it seems since I got it six
years ago.
Achillea ptarmica 'Dwarf Ballerina'- white yarrow - very invasive
Lavendula augustfolia - Slow to spread
Campanula persicifolia  - divide every 3 years

 These are the ones that I have experience with.  They are planted in a moist
area in full sun all day.
