The fern-leaved peony you are looking for can be found in White Flower
Farm's fall catalog and also Klehm Nursery, which specializes in peonies,
will carry it. Both have web sites on the Internet. I do believe that
they may be cheaper than $40. I find that Wayside and Parks, which are
related, inflate their prices a tad too much.
