Fungicide (was: Companion Plants For Hops Aureus)

What systemic fungicide?  Will it work for roses?  I've had a bumper 
crop of black spot this year (even on the so-called resistant varieties) 
and have been spraying weekly for the last month or so.  Unfortunately, 
due to the August type weather we've been having (100 degrees with 
little rain)  I also have to do some watering and probably wash off a 
lot of the fungicide I've been using. A systemic sounds like a good 
plan.
