Have you tried Alpine Columbines?  Perennials, to one foot, have dark blue,
lush pendant flowers.  You can get seeds from Fox HollowSeed Co., PO Box
148, McGrann, Pa. 16236.  Seed packet is about 75cents, as I recall.  You
