Nope. Sounds like Malva moschata to me. The pink is nice, I have some tucked
into a corner of the bed, but the white is much prettier in my opinion. I have
it planted with white peachleafed bellflower, white Campanula carpatica, and
white liatris spicata in a small white patch.Mullein (at least the common weedy
type) is that yellow flowered plant you see by the side of the road with a thick
single flower stalk. It's more noticable in the autumn when the grass around it
is dead and it thrusts up like a brown stick- kind of looks like a club.
