I just put together a mist tent.  Simple 1 x 2 treated lumber frame about
4' wide by 3' deep x 4' high.  Plastic draped on all six sides of the box. 
Plywood on top to keep out the sun.  

Mist is generated by a greenhouse grade version of what looks and works
just like a household humidifier.  The rotating disk kind?  The consumer
model would probably work just fine, if you were available to keep the tank
filled.  The professional model has a float valve, and is plumbed into a
water line with a 1/4" connection.

Works well.
