more sluething needed
I have a bizarre plant coming up in my yard and have no idea what it
is. The neighbor insists it is a weed, but I don't know - and none of
the weed sites on the net show it.
I thought it was a medium green leaf hosta since that's the way it broke
dormancy - a spear shaped stalk, fleshy and medium green. Now it's
simply a stalk, the leaves come off it similar to an asiatic lily, but
the head is all wrong. Same neighbor says it gets a greenish yellow
unassuming flower later in the summer . . . . .
Any weed sites you know of? Or any idea what it is??
