Hello Kemberly,
Thanks for the kind words. The plants shipped are the same ones that a
customer picks up when an appointment is made here at the nursery display
area. No sizes for shipping and sizes for display. Makes it a bit heavy on
the shipping, but the only way I can see to handle things here. I shake off
about half the potting medium and then wrap in newspaper or place the root
balls in sandwich bags to retain moisture and wrap again.
I have no desire to have someone unhappy with my services or the plants I
sell. Bad news travels like lightening, but the strongest point is to treat
someone like I would want to be treated. After all I am a gardener and
order plants myself.
