Thanks to all who responded re fox tail lilies.
I think I will have to give them a try, if they are not too expensive. I
will put them in the dryest place I have.
Lisa, are there plants you can plant with these lilies to help cover the
bare spot when they are dormant? Anyone have any suggestions for a
companion this particular plant?
I use mums and other plants all the time to hide the holes left from
oriental poppies.

For mine is a little old-fashioned garden where the flowers come
together to praise the Lord and teach all who look upon them to do
likewise.
