Lisa,
The only problem I see that you may have is that the astilbes may prefer a
moister soil than the lilies. However, if the soil has good drainage, the
lily's only requirement, there should be little trouble. I believe that
most lily enthusiasts believe a little shade will help certain lilies hold
their color longer, especially if the color is deep. I am assuming that
your lily is an asiatic; if so, the amount of blooms may not be as prolific
as a bulb in full sun. Knowing all of this, I'd say try it out. You may
have more lilies quite soon as the asiatics tend to produce bulbils
quickly. I can't really say about the astilbe as I don't have moist shade
in my yard and cannot grow them.
