Lemon Daylily

I have been trying to find a daylily my Mother grew years ago with no luck.  
I was watching Victory Garden and there was the Daylily.  They called it 
Lemon Daylily.  It is lemony in color, blooms earlier than any other daylily 
and looks much like a spider type.  It blooms with the peonies and iris here 
in Zone 8 in early May.  Can any one help me find this Daylily.  Victory 
Garden said it was an old variety and not a hybrid.  The only name they gave 
was Lemon Daylily.
