If you like squash blossoms or zucchini flowers breaded and fried, you'll
like daylily. Flava is a little sweeter, fulva a bit spicy (as I recall,
it's been a while). I haven't eaten the modern cultivars, because I don't
have enough of them to want to spare the flowers.
