Hosta question

It's me again needing help

I am visiting my sister tomorrow and she is giving me several  (7)
clumps of  HOSTA  verigated.   I do not know anything about Hosta.   I
hope this is a good time to replant.

I need some advice and instructions.   after it has been dug,   what do
I do from there?????     especially  dividing it.
