Dear Nancy,
The caryopteris, once rare and pricey, are now available in all the chain
stores. If your tiny plants are not growing along with honeysuckles (same
timetable) get some new ones. With some good luck you can find plants of a
good size in early May and be certain that your garden plan is as you want it.
So it goes, nothing is forever in the garden.
