Not entirely sure why. If you look on a Zone map, there's a little nub of 6B adjacent to
Lake St. Clair, comprising the southern end of Macomb County (that's the only "proximity"
and, technically, St. Clair isn't one of the Great Lakes). Don't know what causes it. All I
do know is that I never have to buy new snapdragons every spring while people ten miles to
the west do -- not to mention that my hard, killing frosts come a month later than theirs.
