Try http://clearwaterlandscapes.com/deer_resistance.htm . This list is
organized by the type of plant and whether it is rarely, sometimes, or
often eaten. I also have a copy of the list in Word format, which I could
send directly to you if you want. 

IMO there are a few items missing from the list of trees and shrubs deer
really like. From my experience deer also love 
- Sorbus americana (American Mountain Ash)
- Physocarpus opulifolius (Common Ninebark)

They will also sample Philadelphus lewisa (Lewis Mockorange) but won't go
out of their way to get at it.

One other thing... The most deer damage that we've experienced is not from
grazing but from males rubbing their antlers on trees during rutting
season. The only method that has worked for us is to place temporary wire
fences around the smaller trees (under 10 feet). The deer may rub on the
fences without damaging the trees. Largers trees can take the abuse.
