Help Needed

My friend has a perennial blooming in Zone 8, S Carolina that looks like a
blue daisy.  It is a little larger than the size of a quarter.  The green
foliage is somewhat ferny or lacey looking not the standard mum looking
foliage.  Can anyopne help me.......I want this plant and her plant is too
small for her to share and it was there when she purchased the house, so she
has no idea what it is.
