Karen Strohbeen is from my area and had appeared for several years in our
area but then went nationally. They lost their sponsor are not appearing at
all this year. Karen and her husband Bill are both artist. Bill also
produced the show. They are genuinely great personalities, wonderful
gardeners and always have time to talk garden. I have had the opportunity to
visit their garden on a couple of ocassions. They live in the country on
about a 1/4 mile narrow lane off a gravel road.
