I meant it needs to be completely fresh. Your seed may be fine but I
never cease to be amazed at how widespread the circulation of
misnamed Anemone seed is. I have had misnamed plants and seed from
several of the most reputable nurseries in UK and had the mistake
acknowledged and apologised for.
